About Karen Rivard

Karen’s goal is to exceed your real estate expectations and treat you with respect and honesty throughout the transaction and beyond!

As a member on the Damon Home Team she works with both Buyers and Sellers. Her expertise and experiences over the last 17 years have helped her to build a strong and reputable business. Her clients are the most important part of the transaction. Karen makes the entire process about you, your goals and your needs throughout the process.

Karen’s job as a Realtor® is not just simply helping customers to buy and or sell a home. She will also be busy throughout the transaction researching the market, managing the process by being the liaison between the other parties involved in a sale, negotiating contracts, keeping in constant communication with all her clients/customers, following up with lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers, as well as marketing homes for sale and helping to stage homes before they go on the market. She is the resource for other vendors, contractors, and other service industry professionals for her clients before, during and after they buy and or sell a home.

Outside of real estate, Karen is a mom to three children, a daughter and two sons, whom of which are all now grown.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and traveling when possible.

Karen is passionate about real estate and helping you achieve home ownership and reaching your goals and dreams when it pertains to real estate.
